If the delivered goods do not correspond to your ideas, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

How to proceed when returning goods?

Send us an e-mail to info@shneczek.cz, in which you will inform us that you are interested in withdrawing from the contract within the legal deadline.
